Why do most members pay for their first month's minimum marketing rights fee now? It is an unlimited width by 3 level deep program by organizations. The quicker you join, the better off you are. It is a program for everyone wanting a new way to earn income.
when and how am I paid?
TBACo pays all earnings monthly. You are paid around the 15th of each successive month, based on your preceding month's earnings.
how can I know if I am qualified to earn income?
Go to your .com website [www.yourusername.tbaco.com] Login using your username and password. The password assigned is "1234" until you change it. Once you are logged into your "admin page" you will see a report that will show your organization. It will also tell you if you are qualified to earn commissions for that month.
What is meant by an "Independent Contractor"?
You are a professional with your own business. No employment taxes are withheld by TBA Co. You are required to agree to the Independent Contractor's Agreement and, if you live in the US or one of its territories, sign a W9 form and submit to TBA before we can pay your earnings. Terms and Conditions

how do I make payments?
Payments can be made monthly by online check, or by faxing a copy of your check to (205) 661-1955 and .we will set up your recurring monthly payment for you. There is a $1 processing fee.
what is a TBACo "team member"?
A TBACo Team Member is a person who has joined TBACo as an independent business person. They are part of your personal "Team" if they signed up on your personal, free website that we provide. All you do is promote your free website. It is free to sign up! Through word-of-mouth, or with the free promotional materials and tools we provide, you promote your TBACo websites. You are not required to have a computer or have an Internet connection to earn income.
what is a team member "tier"?
A Team Member tier is a group of TBACo Members. Your first tier is made up of all the Members that have signed up on your free personal website that we provide. The first tier is also called a "Personal Team". Your second tier is then all the Members that have signed up on one of your first tier Member's websites. Or in other words, it's all of the Personal Team Members of your first tier Members. Your third tier is made up of all of the Personal Team Members of your second tier Members. Together the first, second and third tier form your Team Member Organization. Don't worry, we keep track of your Organization and provide you with the tools to manage and keep in touch with them if you so choose.
